Due to the perishable nature of our exotic fruits, we do not accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you receive high-quality produce and offer replacements or credits for items that arrive damaged or spoiled.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Carefully examine your fruit immediately upon arrival to ensure everything meets our quality standards.
- 2.Document Issues
Take clear photos of any damaged or spoiled fruit, as well as the shipping box and label, within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at support@miamifruit.org with your order number and the photos of your shipment.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and issue a replacement shipment or a store credit for the value of the affected items.
