How do you ensure the fruit arrives fresh?
We harvest our fruit at the peak of maturity and ship via overnight or two-day air to ensure maximum freshness from our farm to your doorstep.
When will my order ship?
Shipping schedules vary based on harvest cycles and weather conditions. Most orders are processed within 1-2 weeks, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our facility.
What should I do if my fruit arrives damaged?
If your fruit arrives in poor condition, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can provide a replacement or credit.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select provinces in Canada. Due to agricultural regulations, we cannot ship to other international destinations at this time.
How do I know when my fruit is ripe?
Each box includes a ripening guide. Generally, most tropical fruits are ready to eat when they become soft to the touch and emit a sweet fragrance.
Can I customize the contents of my fruit box?
While our Variety Boxes are curated based on what is seasonally available, we offer single-fruit boxes for those who want a specific type of tropical produce.
