Origin: Gấc Fruit, also known as Momordica cochinchinensis is a type of perennial melon grown throughout Southeast Asian countries and Northeastern Australia. Our Gac Fruit is grown here in South Florida. 

Flavor Profile: Gac Fruit has little to no flavor. 

How To Eat: Due to its high content of beta-carotene and lycopene, gac is usually added to smoothies, soups, juices, or rice dishes for added nutrients.

 Seasonality: Gac Fruit has a very short harvest season, usually late November to January.

First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
